JIMMY BALOYI
ATTORNEY (DIRECTOR)
Obtained his LLB Degree in 2002 at University of Pretoria and joined its Law Clinic as an article Clerk during 2003 until 2004 when he was admitted as an attorney. He then joined the firm Werner van Rensburg Attorneys as their professional assistant until 2005 when the firm Werner van Rensburg Attorneys and Liezel Koen Attorneys merged and a partnership was formed in March 2005 wherein he became one of the partners and the firm was called Van Rensburg Koen Baloyi Attorneys.
During the period 2005 – 2009 Jimmy obtained a AIPSA diploma in insolvency practice, certificate in conveyencing, a certificate in the interpretation of the National Credit Act, admission on the panel of Liquidators of the Master of the High Court both Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Throughout his career he has been specializing in Commercial litigation, Company law, litigation emanating from National Credit Act, property related litigation, bond origination and third party claims, Corporate Law, Labour Law-

MUSA MASANGO
ATTORNEY (DIRECTOR)
Obtained his B Proc LLB Degree in 2002 at Vista University Mamelodi and joined Madiba Attorneys as Article Clerk during 2005 until June 2006 when he was admitted as Attorney. He was then appointed at the same firm as their professional assistant until October 2010 when he joined BMP INC as Associate Director.
Throughout his career he has been specializing in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Third party claims, Labour Law, Collections, Administration of Deceased Estates and recently litigation emanating from National Credit Act.

Kuki M Mamahlodi
ATTORNEY (Professional
Assistant)
Obtained her LLB Degree in 2016 and joined Baloyi Masango Incorporated as a Candidate Attorney where she served during 2017 until her admission as an attorney in February 2018. She was then appointed as a Professional Assistant, a position she currently occupies.

Mapule Mdluli
CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Mapule obtained her LLB Degree in 2016 and joined BMP Inc as a Candidate Attorney on the 1st of February 2018 having just completed her practical legal training course. She serves in all departments and is exposed to all areas of litigation.

Anna Makua
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Anna joined BMP Inc as a Personal Assistant to the Directors in January 2010,she has been with BMP Inc since its formation and she is the senior litigation, estates, collections and third party secretary and holds a diploma in secretarial work.

Rayceane Goldstone
SECRETARY AND RECEPTIONIST
Rayceane joined BMP Inc as a Secretary and Receptionist in May 2017, she has more than eight years Administration experience and provides administrative assistance to all employees.
